How many courses can I take per term?

The number of courses you can take per term is contingent upon your chosen Mode-of-study.
  1. As a full-time student, you may enroll in up to 4 courses during the Spring or Fall terms, as this equates to a maximum of 20 Graduate Semester Credit Hours (GSCH) or Undergraduate Semester Credit Hours (USCH). In the Summer Session, the maximum you can take is 2 courses, not exceeding 10 GSCH/USCH.
  2. If you're studying three-quarter time, you are allowed to take up to 3 courses in the Spring or Fall terms, with a cap of 15 GSCH/USCH. For the Summer Session, the limit is 1 course, which corresponds to a maximum of 5 GSCH/USCH.
  3. As a half-time student, you may take up to 2 courses during the Spring or Fall terms, amounting to a maximum of 10 GSCH/USCH. The Summer Session also permits you to take 1 course, with the same maximum of 5 GSCH/USCH.
